Best Life Adventures / Brisbane Outdoor 4WD show competition
The competition is conducted by Best Life Adventures Pty Ltd A.B.N. 53 610 989 127 of 552 Tomewin Mountain Road, Currumbin Valley, Gold Coast, Queensland 4223 Australia.
1.0 This competition is only open to individuals who:
• as at 18 March 2022, are aged 18 years or over; and
• make or have an email address (“Entrant”).
1.1 This competition commences at 9 am on 18 March 2022 and closes at 8 pm on 20 March 2022 (“Entry Period”). All times are in AEST.
1.2 To enter the competition, the Entrant must during the Entry Period, Complete the entry form including a valid email address on the Best Life Adventures website.
1.3 For the Entry to be eligible for a Prize (“Eligible Entry”), the Entry must comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.4 Entrants can enter only one (1) time in this competition.
1.5 Entries must be submitted personally via the entry form on bestlifeadventures.com.
1.6 There is no fee payable to Best Life Adventures to enter this competition.
1.7 The Entrant acknowledges that internet connection and usage costs may be payable to the Entrant’s service provider. The Entrant is responsible for any such costs.
1.8 Any material submitted as part of the Entry, including comments (“Material”), must not contain unlawful, defamatory, racist or otherwise offensive or inappropriate material as determined by Best Life Adventures at its sole discretion.
1.9 The Best Life Adventures may, at any time and in its absolute discretion, accept, reject or remove any Entry that it considers is inappropriate, will bring the Best Life Adventures or this competition into disrepute, is not an Eligible Entry, or is in breach of the Terms and Conditions.
1.10 The Entrant warrants that he/she is the owner of the copyright in any Material submitted as part of the Entry and the submission of any Material does not give rise to any infringement, or unauthorized use, of any third party intellectual property rights. Entrants agree to indemnify Best Life Adventures against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of this warranty.
1.11 The Entrant warrants that the Entry and Material submitted as part of the Entry, will not contain the personal information of third parties.
1.12 The Entrant acknowledges that he/she is responsible for the content of the Entry, including any Material submitted, and Best Life Adventures shall not be liable in any way for such content to the full extent permitted by law and the Entrant indemnifies Best Life Adventures against all costs and claims by third parties arising from such content and Material.
1.13 One prize will be awarded to a single Entrant selected based on random selection.
1.14 The winning Entrant will receive:
• A single $200 voucher for goods available for purchase from Wild Earth stores or www.wildearth.com.au. Refer to the voucher for the validity date.
1.15 The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and is not redeemable for cash.
1.16 Any additional costs associated with redeeming the prize are not included.
1.17 If the prize is unavailable for any reason, Best Life Adventures may, in its absolute discretion and without notice, substitute the prize with another prize of equal or higher value as determined by Best Life Adventures to be reasonable.
1.18 This competition is a game of chance.
1.19 Each valid entry will be entered into a process of random selection at 8:30 pm on 20 March 2022 The winner will be selected by random selection.
1.20 The winning Entrant will be notified via their email account at 9 pm on Sunday 20 March 2022. It is the Entrant’s responsibility to ensure that their email account remains active to enable Best Life Adventures to contact the Entrant if they win.
1.21 The winning Entrant must claim the prize by replying to the email message sent by Best Life Adventures by 9 pm on Monday 28 March 2022. If the prize is not accepted by this date, it will be forfeited and no substitute or compensation will be provided and the winner will not have any claim whatsoever against Best Life Adventures.
1.22 If one of the winning Entrant/s cannot be contacted, a winning Entry is found to be ineligible or in breach of these Terms and Conditions, or a winner does not follow the Best Life Adventure’s instructions to claim the Prize by 9 pm, Monday 28 March 2022, Best Life Adventures will deem the prize as unclaimed (and forfeited) and select another winning Entrant. This process will be repeated if required.
1.23 Upon accepting the prize, the winning Entrant’s details will be announced on the Best Life Adventures Facebook Page and Best Life Adventures Instagram. By accepting the prize, the winning Entrant agrees to Best Life Adventures publishing their name and Entry on the Best Life Adventures’ social media accounts.
1.24 The Entrants acknowledge and agree that their personal information will be collected by Best Life Adventures for the purpose of administering the competition and arranging for the prize to be provided to the winning Entrants.
1.25 The winning Entrants acknowledge and agree that Best Life Adventures may disclose their name and contact details to the supplier of the prize for the purposes of facilitating the delivery of the prize.
1.26 If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Best Life Adventures, Best Life Adventures may, in its absolute discretion and to the fullest extent permitted by law, modify, suspend, terminate or cancel this competition.
1.27 Best Life Adventures may vary or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time, whether during or after the Entry Period.
1.28 To the full extent permitted by law, Best Life Adventures is not liable for any injury, damages, expenses or loss whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) to persons or property by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by Best Life Adventures, or its agents in relation to this competition, including without limitation, the supply of the prize.
1.29 To the full extent permitted by law, Best Life Adventures is not liable, and will not pay compensation for any injury, damages, expenses or loss whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) to persons or property by reason of:
• the prize being lost or stolen; or
• the winning Entrant being unable to use the prize; or
• the winning Entrant’s acceptance and/or use of the prize.
1.30 No person shall be entitled to claim compensation or loss from Best Life Adventures in relation to this competition including, without limitation, a failure by Best Life Adventures to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
1.31 Best Life Adventure’s decision in relation to any aspect of this competition is final and binding on the Entrant and no correspondence will be entered into. Failure by Best Life Adventures to enforce any of its rights at any time does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
1.32 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
