Adventurer-in-Residence

For businesses requiring a highly specialised and ongoing adventure travel solution, our Expedition Director and Co-Founder, Ben Southall, offers his personal services and unique expertise as an ‘Adventurer-in-Residence’. In this role, he plans, manages and leads all adventure travel requirements for a client, working in-house for a dedicated amount of time on a weekly or fortnightly basis. He also provides one-on-one adventure mentoring to staff and calls upon his team of professional speakers and workshop facilitators when needed. The purpose of this role is to embed the spirit of adventure in the heart of a business and ensure employees live and breathe its associated values (e.g. action, clear goals, calculated risk, bold thinking, problem solving, confidence and resilience).
