| THE KAYAK-IN, FIRST-IN
SPRING BAY MILL, TASMANIA
| A SECLUDED INDUSTRIAL-LUXE ESCAPE ON THE EDGE OF THE WILD
Arrive the way no one else can, by kayaking across Spring Bay with your forum, landing directly on the private shoreline of Tasmania’s most extraordinary, reclaimed retreat space.
This is the retreat for EO forums who want something unGoogleable: exclusive use of hidden spaces on Maria Island, founder-led e-bike adventures, fireside dining with a private chef, and a level of curated ease that makes everyone feel like the weekend was designed just for them, because it was.
Then, while the rest of Tasmania is still waking up, your forum will be first into MONA for crowd-free immersion in Australia’s most mind-bending art experience, wrapped up with a long-table lunch at The Source and a Posh Pit sail back to Hobart.
It’s the perfect blend of connection, challenge, luxury, and once-in-a-lifetime access, the kind of retreat EOers talk about for years.

| A NOTE FROM BEN
Spring Bay Mill is a place that perfectly captures the "Best Life" philosophy - taking something with a gritty, industrial past and transforming it into a space of absolute clarity and purpose. Every time I bring a group here, I’m struck by the contrast of the rugged Tasmanian coastline against the refined, thoughtful design of the Mill. It’s a location that demands you slow down and tune into the environment, from the cold-water shock of a sunrise swim to the deep stillness of the East Coast nights.
Over the years, I’ve found that the real magic of this place lies in its duality. It’s where we can challenge ourselves with a kayak crossing or an e-bike expedition across Maria Island, then return to fireside conversations and world-class local dining. My role is to bridge those experiences, using my relationships with the local custodians and not-so-hidden gems like MONA to ensure your forum finds that rare balance of high-octane adventure and meaningful connection. At Spring Bay, we aren’t just visiting Tasmania; we’re immersing ourselves in its most raw and revitalising rhythm.
MAKE LIFE YOUR
GREATEST ADVENTURE.
